  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  2. Gradually mix in the graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. If desired, melt chocolate chips and dip the balls into the chocolate, then place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Refrigerate the balls for another 30 minutes to set before serving.
