One-Pan Garlic Herb Chicken Bliss

A simple and flavorful one-pan chicken dish with garlic and herbs.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, and oregano. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
