Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove from skillet.
  6. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers to the skillet. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in butter until melted.
