  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced

  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, diced onion, and crumbled bacon or sausage to the eggs.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
