  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
