2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
Add the pasture-raised lamb shovels to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
Place the lamb shovels on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
