1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
1 (8.5 oz) package corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter until combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
