Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  4. Place the potatoes on a cutting board and gently smash each one with a fork or the bottom of a glass.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Carefully place the smashed potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
