Pineapple Ginger Marinade

A tangy and sweet marinade combining pineapple and ginger, perfect for meats and tofu.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Stir well until honey dissolves.
  3. Pour over meat or tofu.
  4. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
