Plum cardamom yogurt bites

Delicious and healthy plum cardamom yogurt bites that are perfect for a snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup ripe plums, diced
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, diced plums, honey or maple syrup, ground cardamom, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top of each mold.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, remove the yogurt bites from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute plums with other fruits like peaches or berries.
  • These bites can be enjoyed as a refreshing snack or dessert.
