A healthy, protein-packed chocolate chia pudding that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well to avoid clumps.
  3. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, stir and add sweetener if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • For a thicker pudding, use less liquid.
