2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup protein powder
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until well combined.
Add the rolled oats and protein powder, stirring until fully incorporated.
If desired, fold in the mini chocolate chips and chia seeds.
Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
