Delicious no-bake pumpkin Oreo balls, combining the rich flavor of Oreos with creamy pumpkin.

  • 1 pack (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs, pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
  7. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
  • Chilling the balls before dipping helps them hold shape.
