  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sweet potato puree, and olive oil.
  2. In another bowl, combine the flour, activated charcoal, salt, and yeast.
  3. Gradually add the warm water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Add the pumpkin and sweet potato mixture to the dough and knead until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
  6. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  7. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  8. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  9. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust.
  10. Add feta cheese, fresh basil, and black pepper on top.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is crispy.
  12. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
