Ranch Chicken Wrap

A delicious and easy-to-make ranch chicken wrap filled with tender chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until fully done, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
  4. Spread ranch dressing evenly on each tortilla.
  5. Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and chicken strips on each tortilla.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly and cut in half before serving.
