  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix almond milk, chia seeds, honey, rose water, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Mash raspberries and fold them into the mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir again before serving and top with shredded coconut.
