  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in white chocolate chips and raspberries.
  5. Spread batter into the pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let cool before cutting into squares.
