  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Pat duck dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff duck cavity with orange slices.
  4. Place duck on a rack in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast for 1.5 hours, basting occasionally.
  6. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Brush glaze over duck and roast for 30 more minutes.
  8. Let duck rest 10 minutes before carving.
