A creamy and fragrant dessert made with rose water, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • Pistachios for garnish
  • Fresh rose petals for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the rose water.
  3. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  4. Once bloomed, add the gelatin mixture to the warm cream mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Before serving, garnish with crushed pistachios and fresh rose petals.

Notes

  • Make sure to use food-grade rose water for the best flavor.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
