  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
  4. Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
