  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  5. Toss apples with cinnamon and fold into filling.
  6. Pour filling over crust, drizzle caramel.
  7. Bake 50-60 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before slicing.
