1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced (for tzatziki)
Salt and pepper to taste (for tzatziki)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Serve the meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce on the side.
