  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix oats, eggs, honey, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Stir in chopped nuts if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until firm and golden.
  6. Let cool before cutting into bars.
