Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of shrimp
  • 2 pounds of crab legs
  • 1 pound of mussels
  • 1 pound of clams
  • 4 ears of corn, cut in half
  • 1 pound of baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and lemon to the boiling water.
  3. Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and clams, and cook until the seafood is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Drain the pot and serve the seafood boil on a large platter.
  7. Garnish with additional lemon and serve with melted butter if desired.
