  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, and asparagus)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Season the steak with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
