  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/2 cup caramel chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Add egg, vanilla, and sherry.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in caramel chips.
  5. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
