Shrimp and Crab Alfredo

A creamy and delicious seafood pasta dish combining shrimp, crab, and Alfredo sauce. Perfect for a special occasion or indulgent weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb crab meat, cooked
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked pasta, shrimp, and crab meat to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh crab meat for the best flavor.
  • Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream for a lighter version.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
