Shrimp Scampi Linguine

A quick and flavorful shrimp scampi with linguine pasta.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in butter until melted.
  7. Toss in cooked linguine and parsley. Mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
