  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 oz linguine or spaghetti, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink.
  5. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
  6. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes (if using) and parsley. Toss to combine.
