  • 12 teaspoons dried lemon balm or a handful of fresh lemon balm leaves

  • 1 teaspoon green tea (optional)

  • A few fresh mint leaves (optional)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 cup hot water

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Boil Water: Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil.

  • Add Herbs: Add lemon balm (and green tea if using) to an infuser or teapot.

  • Steep: Pour hot water over herbs and steep for 5–7 minutes.

  • Add Flavor: Stir in lemon juice and mint leaves.
