4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
Pour chicken broth and heavy cream over the ingredients.
Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Shred the chicken with a fork before serving.
Notes
