Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the mixture.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix everything together before serving.
