2 lbs chicken breasts
1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add the drained sweet corn, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle the chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything together.
Stir in the chopped cilantro before serving.
