  • 1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add feta cheese and olives.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix gently.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
