  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss almonds with olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Mix spices and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle spice mix over almonds and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread almonds on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 10 minutes, stir, then roast 5 more minutes.
  7. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
