Spicy Crab Fried Rice with Egg and Chili

A quick and flavorful dish combining crab, rice, egg, and chili for a spicy kick.

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Push the mixture to one side, crack eggs into the pan, and scramble.
  4. Add crab meat and stir for 1 minute.
  5. Mix in rice, chili paste, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until well combined.
  7. Garnish with green onion and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use day-old rice for better texture.
  • Adjust chili paste to your preferred spice level.
  • Fresh crab meat works best, but canned is fine.
