  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the broth in a pot over medium heat. Stir in the miso paste and chili paste until dissolved.
  3. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
  5. Top each bowl with half a soft-boiled egg, crispy onions, and sliced green onions.
  6. Serve immediately.
