  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup black food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Blend in sour cream.
  6. Divide the batter into two bowls. Add black food coloring to one bowl.
  7. Pour the white batter into the crust. Drop spoonfuls of black batter on top.
  8. Use a knife to create a spiderweb design by dragging it from the center outward.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
