Spinach and Artichoke Dip

A creamy and flavorful dip made with spinach, artichokes, and cheese, perfect for parties or snacks.

  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
  6. Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

  • You can use frozen spinach, but make sure to thaw and drain it well.
  • For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
