Spinach Detox Soup

A healthy spinach detox soup to cleanse your body.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add carrot and celery, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add spinach and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Blend the soup until smooth.
  7. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
