  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Peel the banana and chop it into chunks.
  3. Add spinach, banana, mango, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey (if using) to a blender.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth.
