Spring pasta primavera

  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 2 cups mixed spring vegetables (asparagus, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the mixed spring vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the vegetables.
