Delicious and creamy strawberry cheesecake cups that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  7. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the cups.
  8. Top with chopped strawberries.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
  • Feel free to substitute strawberries with other fruits like blueberries or raspberries.
