This easy strawberry chia jam is naturally sweetened, plant-based, and made with just two ingredients. Ready in 15 minutes, it’s a no sugar added, gluten-free alternative to traditional jam—perfect for spreading, layering, and spooning over your favorite breakfast and dessert recipes.
Rinse, hull, and slice strawberries in half.
Add to a medium saucepan over medium heat, covered. Cook, stirring occasionally.
Once soft and bubbling, mash to desired texture.
Stir in chia seeds and optional sweetener.
Let cool to thicken. Transfer to mason jars.
Store in the fridge or freeze for longer use.
