Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
  4. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until solid.
  5. Once solid, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
