Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, powdered milk, and salt.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. If using, add the vanilla extract and stir until combined.
  4. Store the mixture in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
  5. To prepare hot chocolate, mix 2-3 tablespoons of the mix with hot water or milk of your choice.
