  • 2 (8 oz) ribeye steaks
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Plate the steak and shrimp together. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
