  • 2 (6 oz) lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet to high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  3. Grill or sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Adjust time for desired doneness.
  4. While the steaks cook, brush lobster tails with melted butter and garlic.
  5. Grill or broil lobster tails for 5-6 minutes until the meat is opaque.
  6. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
