  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in potatoes, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  5. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve hot.
