Sweet Chili Turkey Meatballs

Juicy turkey meatballs glazed with sweet chili sauce for a flavorful and easy-to-make dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce.
  7. Brush sauce over meatballs and bake for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use lean turkey for best texture.
  • Double the sauce if you prefer extra glaze.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
